Have you ever worried...
What if I’m secretly a bad person and just don’t know it? What if I sinned and didn’t realize it? What if I didn’t do this the 'right' way, and now it's ruined forever?
You are not alone!
A whole new SWTI community is coming this October! Join the waitlist to be the first to know when doors open.
When OCD hijacks faith or morality with anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, urgency, or disgust, it can feel so isolating and confusing. But you are not alone, you are not defined by OCD, and there is so much hope! For many people, OCD latches onto what matters most, including their beliefs, values, and literally everything they care about. This space exists to help you understand what’s happening and find support through the only interfaith scrupulosity community. Because when OCD targets faith, you deserve support that truly understands both.
A Whole New SWTI Is Coming This October!
Stick with the Ick is an inclusive virtual community for individuals, clinicians, and clergy navigating the intersection of faith and OCD. With resources spanning diverse religious and spiritual traditions, SWTI brings together community, education, support, and opportunities to practice living beyond the loop.
OCD often latches onto the things we care deeply about. When OCD shows up in a religious or moral context, it’s called scrupulosity. This can feel like fear, guilt, shame, disgust, or urgency around the things that matter most. New to the term scrupulosity? Learn more right here!
This October, SWTI is getting a whole new home. After 2 years, we’re expanding to create a new community experience with more ways to connect, learn, practice, and grow alongside people who understand the intersection of OCD, faith, and spirituality.
New memberships will reopen this October. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when the new SWTI opens!

Stick with the Ick has helped me...
Meet the Founder
Stick with the Ick was founded by Rev. Dr. Katie O’Dunne, an ordained minister and interfaith chaplain who specializes in the intersection between faith and OCD. Rev. Katie lives with OCD but kept it a secret for most of her life, and hit rock bottom while serving as the Academy Chaplain for 2,700 students. Treatment saved her life, and she wanted everyone to know that they can engage in evidence-based treatment while practicing their faith, and even as a leap of faith. She went back to do doctoral work in this area, focusing on treatment as a spiritual practice. And she is thrilled to have committed her life fully to faith and OCD spiritual support, consultation, writing, and research since 2020. As someone who also lives with OCD, Katie created the kind of scrupulosity support community she wished existed on her own journey.
